Fantastic quick service. Extremely helpful especially with dummies like me , and this blessed thing called "internet". Fabric is beautiful and cannot wait to make the quilt. I sent a picture of the layout of how quilt will look to one of my sons, who likes dragons. He said that it's totally cool looking and that is it going to be his. I said would you like it to be yours and he said "I wish". So I told him "Your wish is granted!!!" I told him I have to get my sewing table cleaned off and I'm not sure when I would get it done. He was ok with that, because he knows that I'm making it for him.

Beautiful fabrics always shipped quickly. The presentation of fabrics snuggly wrapped in logo tissue paper is the finishing touch! This is a company that takes pride in their products and cares about how their customers feel about their purchases. Can't overstate how much I love this dealer.

Super excited to get my pre-order!

Great product and great customer service. I ordered a item in stock and an item that was a pre-order. A day or so later while looking at the receipt, I noticed it said all items would be shipped together unless customer service was contacted to ship in stock items now. I contacted customer service and my item was shipped immediately and received in a couple of days! Super excited to get my pre-order! I have been waiting so long to make this quilt!

I know I will get excellent customer service and quality fabrics here. It is no secret that they take pride in their work. Their accurate cuts, every time, equal no wasted fabric. Last, but not least, each piece is nicely folded and wrapped in tissue paper.

It wasn't an error.

Everything arrived perfectly packaged and weather-safe! I made two nearly-identical orders (as I had two coupons) and I was personally called to make sure it wasn't an error. I felt very cared-for and I look forward to ordering more from my (aptly named) favorite online quilt store!

Was looking for a certain fabric and My Favorite Quilt Store had it. Then I started looking at all the wonderful fabric and was hooked on returning.. Then I received an email to Welcome me to Margo's fabric store. How nice was that !!! It's almost like running out to a Quilt Shop buying fabric. Plus, I get updates on the new fabrics coming in. This really is one of the best shops to find my kinds of fabric. I regularly shop the End Of Bolt section as I usually make multi-fabric quilt projects and even 5" of something I like will work. They are always responsive to messaging and every package that arrives, whether large or small, has been carefully wrapped and sent on its way in a timely manner. Who could ask for anything more? I'm a very satisfied, regular customer.
