My Favorite Quilt Store is an online store with a warehouse and distribution facility. We do not have a traditional brick and mortar store. But you can still get in on the action. We do lots on social media so you can talk to Margo and keep in touch with us. If there is anything we can do to make your experience shopping at our store better - let us know.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a pickup location at this moment, however, if this will change in the future - we will let you know.

Shipping & Returns

Unless it's pre-order, it's probably on the way! All our shipments include tracking code, so please check your email and click on tracking link inside shipping confirmation that we sent you. If it appears that it has been delivered and you have not received the shipment, please contact your local post office.

We are headquartered in Houston, Texas, USA.

We offer a 100% no-hassle 30-day return policy on most orders. Refunds will be given once the items have been received. All returned items must be in original packaging, unused and 100% smoke-free. Items not meeting one or more of this criteria will not be refunded.

Please keep in mind that potential import duties and/or taxes are not pre-paid in international shipments.

We ship all our products by United States Postal Service.

Most of our orders ship by Insured Priority Mail, however if your order is small enough, you may be able to choose First-Class (economy) shipping as well.

All our shipments have tracking numbers.

Ordering

We do our best to fill and send orders as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to edit items in your order or prevent a package from shipping. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to address your concern.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

We also online payments like PayPal and Amazon Pay.

You can also use mobile payments such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay.

Yes. You can create an account to the same email, as orders that you previously made, and after logging-in - they all will be there.

Alternatively you can search your mailbox for a keyword "My Favorite Quilt Store Order confirmed" and all your orders should be there as well.

You can enter coupon code during the checkout, in a box labelled: "Gift card or discount code". If you are on mobile, you need to click "Show order summary" first.

Mobile: Tap on upper-left menu symbol and after menu appears - on the bottom of menu you will be able to switch.

Computer: Currency selector is displayed near upper-right corner, simply click it and you will be able to switch.

Currently, if you pay directly on our site - your card will be billed in USD.

If you pay via PayPal, Amazon Pay or other middleman service -  we can not determine it.

Products

It depends, sign up for the email alerts on the product page and we will let you know if we get it back in. If you cannot find it anymore - it’s probably gone for good.

No, unfortunately, we cannot offer cuts of fabric less than half of a yard at this moment.

Our inventory changes by the minute and new products are added daily. At this time we do not offer a printed catalog but you can check out our latest products here.

There are two ways to get access to your digital patterns:

1. After placing your order to stay on the order confirmation page to download it.
2. We will send you an email with a link to download the pattern.

We currently do not cut quart yards, but this may change in future.

We currently do not cut fat quarters, but this may change in future.

Pre-Orders

Orders that contain a pre-order product will ship once all the items in the order are at our facility. You can see estimated arrival date in your confirmation email and on order status page.

Please place multiple orders if you would like us to ship your order separately. If you have already placed your order - contact us to purchase additional shipping.

Block of the Month Frequency
Monthly
(12 Shipments | 12 Payments)

Each month you will be billed and shipped the fabric to complete one block. Over the next 12 months you will complete your quilt.  Borders and binding will ship in the 12th month with the last block.  Each month you will be billed and shipped the months materials. 

Quarterly
(4 Shipments | 4 Payments)

Every three months we will billed and shipped all the fabric and patterns needed to complete those sets of blocks. You will get a saving on shipping and the kit. You will be billed four equal payments.

All At Once
(1 Shipment | 1 Payment)

You can buy it all at one time and receive everything to complete the quilt top in one shipment including the, Pattern and Fabric for the top and binding. The all at once price has free shipping for the kit. Billing will occur one time for the entire kit. 

Prepay & Gift
(12 Shipments | 1 Payment)

Send a gift that keeps on giving or don't worry about the monthly charge. You can prepay for the entire BOM and save. We will ship the fabric out each month to you or to who ever you would like to send it to. Hint: Send your loved a link and ask for the BOM for your next special occasion.

All pricing includes US domestic shipping. International Customers at this moment can purchase only BOM's All at Once due to shipping costs and duty.
