It wasn't an error.

Everything arrived perfectly packaged and weather-safe! I made two nearly-identical orders (as I had two coupons) and I was personally called to make sure it wasn't an error. I felt very cared-for and I look forward to ordering more from my (aptly named) favorite online quilt store!

This was my first purchase with MFQS and it was a great experience. After I placed the order I remembered something else I wanted to purchase and reached out to see if it could be added. To my surprise they added the item without issue and sent me an email as to where/how to pay for the added goods. Margo and the crew stayed in touch through the delivery. I know I will get excellent customer service and quality fabrics here. It is no secret that they take pride in their work. Their accurate cuts, every time, equal no wasted fabric. Last, but not least, each piece is nicely folded and wrapped in tissue paper.

The level of service this shop provides coupled with amazing curation of fabrics makes them my go to from here on out! This is now my third or fourth purchase and each time they exceed my expectations. They have earned the highest of recommendations from me.

I'm not a proficient quilter as of yet.

My shopping experience was great. I saw online an adorable quilt for a table runner and decided to purchase it. I'm not a proficient quilter as of yet so I thought this might be something I could accomplish. It was a fantastic pattern. While reading the description online it also asked if I would like to purchase the backing so it will match the material on the front of runner. It looks beautiful out together. My family member loved it. Thank you.

Great product and great customer service. I ordered a item in stock and an item that was a pre-order. A day or so later while looking at the receipt, I noticed it said all items would be shipped together unless customer service was contacted to ship in stock items now. I contacted customer service and my item was shipped immediately and received in a couple of days! Super excited to get my pre-order! I have been waiting so long to make this quilt!

This shop has definitely earned the name My Favorite Quilt Store, they have an outstanding selection of fabric, quick shipping and a very helpful staff. I only wish I lived closer so that I could shop in person. As a big supported of Independent Businesses I'm happy to have found such a great resource for my fabric buying habit. Every order has a personal touch. I discovered them online when I started searching for face mask fabric in May of 2020, and in between mask fabric orders I've already started buying fabric for quilts which I intend to get back to as soon as I can. #ShopIndie
