This website always provides a quick and polite response, purchases are always well packaged and they carefully cut fabrics with clean straight edges. Such a wonderful selection - and if a particular line catches my eye, they will have ALL the pieces to go with it.

Can't find what I want locally.

I found exactly what I was looking for, ordering on line was simple. Package was received on time and in good condition. I've used this store before, and it will be a go-to if I can't find what I want locally. Quality of the fabric is excellent.

Super excited to get my pre-order!

Great product and great customer service. I ordered a item in stock and an item that was a pre-order. A day or so later while looking at the receipt, I noticed it said all items would be shipped together unless customer service was contacted to ship in stock items now. I contacted customer service and my item was shipped immediately and received in a couple of days! Super excited to get my pre-order! I have been waiting so long to make this quilt!

I didn't find it in the store down the street

I needed some 1/8 inch elastic for a sewing project. I didn't find it in the store down the street so I looked on line; they had what I wanted and it came within a week or so from my order. I'm very pleased. I'll probably shop there again when there is something I can't find close by.

Always on top of my order.

It's always a great experience to work with this vendor, they are always on top of my order as soon as it's placed, often shipping out the next day. If there are any issues, I receive a call the same day. I definitely will continue to purchase great deals with them in the future.

It wasn't an error.

Everything arrived perfectly packaged and weather-safe! I made two nearly-identical orders (as I had two coupons) and I was personally called to make sure it wasn't an error. I felt very cared-for and I look forward to ordering more from my (aptly named) favorite online quilt store!

Was looking for a certain fabric and My Favorite Quilt Store had it. Then I started looking at all the wonderful fabric and was hooked on returning.. Then I received an email to Welcome me to Margo's fabric store. How nice was that !!! It's almost like running out to a Quilt Shop buying fabric. Plus, I get updates on the new fabrics coming in.
