Everything arrived perfectly packaged and weather-safe! I made two nearly-identical orders (as I had two coupons) and I was personally called to make sure it wasn't an error. I felt very cared-for and I look forward to ordering more from my (aptly named) favorite online quilt store!

Great product and great customer service. I ordered a item in stock and an item that was a pre-order. A day or so later while looking at the receipt, I noticed it said all items would be shipped together unless customer service was contacted to ship in stock items now. I contacted customer service and my item was shipped immediately and received in a couple of days! Super excited to get my pre-order! I have been waiting so long to make this quilt!

My shopping experience was great. I saw online an adorable quilt for a table runner and decided to purchase it. I'm not a proficient quilter as of yet so I thought this might be something I could accomplish. It was a fantastic pattern. While reading the description online it also asked if I would like to purchase the backing so it will match the material on the front of runner. It looks beautiful out together.
