I was made to feel every purchase was valued, my concerns were of the utmost importance, and this was to be a life long relationship. Beautiful fabrics always shipped quickly. The presentation of fabrics snuggly wrapped in logo tissue paper is the finishing touch! This is a company that takes pride in their products and cares about how their customers feel about their purchases. Can't overstate how much I love this dealer.

I didn't find it in the store down the street

I needed some 1/8 inch elastic for a sewing project. I didn't find it in the store down the street so I looked on line; they had what I wanted and it came within a week or so from my order. I'm very pleased. I'll probably shop there again when there is something I can't find close by.

It's always a great experience to work with this vendor, they are always on top of my order as soon as it's placed, often shipping out the next day. If there are any issues, I receive a call the same day. I definitely will continue to purchase great deals with them in the future.
