Hoffman Ice batik is a watercolor 1895 fabric. This fabric is a great basic. It has color variation over the fabric and varies because it is hand dyed. This is a light blue grey color with some lighter highlights that light pink.   This can be used as a background for the Quilt of the Day 2020- Bento Box by the Gourmet Quilter
