Diamond workshop is based on the Contrast Diamonds quilt pattern in Kaffe Fassett’s book, Quilts in London. This is a class suitable for beginners who already know how to sew a seam and how to use a rotary cutter. It is also for more advanced quilters who wish to concentrate on complex colour development. No sewing takes place during the workshop. No sewing machines are needed.
Date: October 2nd, 2025 - Each full-day workshop will run from 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM with one hour for lunch.

What you will need:
- Bring at least 1⁄2 yd pieces of 20 different medium to
large-scale prints that are harmonious together. - Quilts in London
- Rotary cutter
- Cutting mat - at least 12” x 18”
- Ruler - 6” x 24” with 60o angle marked line Optional: Clearview Triangle
- Kaffe Fassett flannel design wall – 2 yards
- Fabric scissors
- Pencil
- Pins
What will be provided:
- Design wall

- Ironing stations will be available around the room
Please do not cut fabrics before class.
NOTE: Please feel free to bring any fabrics that you would like to use in the class - these do not have to be Kaffe Fassett Collective fabrics.
