These patterns were not only beautiful and authentic in colour, but they also inspired remarkable colour combinations and pairings. The new Thameside collection by Morris & Co. and FreeSpirit captures the craftmanship behind William Morris’s choice of colour and reignites Morris & Co’s timeless patterns to create a brave and vibrant range of fabrics. Chalky hues of blue and green become abruptly interrupted by fiery reds and vivid yellows. Furthermore, rich chocolate browns and soft pinks offer a unique insight into William Morris’s more calmer take on colour.
