I see something I really need!

I get the occasional sale emails from My Favorite Quilt Store and when I see something I really need or want, I order it immediately. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is very efficient. Both times I ordered I have received an email thanking me for my order. I really love this business.

My shopping experience was great. I saw online an adorable quilt for a table runner and decided to purchase it. I'm not a proficient quilter as of yet so I thought this might be something I could accomplish. It was a fantastic pattern. While reading the description online it also asked if I would like to purchase the backing so it will match the material on the front of runner. It looks beautiful out together. My Favorite Quilt Store did it again!!!! Every time I place an order it is delivered very quickly and my selection of fabrics are perfectly shipped with an invoice that someone personally autographed! Everything is five star with this company. Thank you.

Who could ask for anything more?

This really is one of the best shops to find my kinds of fabric. I regularly shop the End Of Bolt section as I usually make multi-fabric quilt projects and even 5" of something I like will work. They are always responsive to messaging and every package that arrives, whether large or small, has been carefully wrapped and sent on its way in a timely manner. Who could ask for anything more? I'm a very satisfied, regular customer.

Super excited to get my pre-order!

Great product and great customer service. I ordered a item in stock and an item that was a pre-order. A day or so later while looking at the receipt, I noticed it said all items would be shipped together unless customer service was contacted to ship in stock items now. I contacted customer service and my item was shipped immediately and received in a couple of days! Super excited to get my pre-order! I have been waiting so long to make this quilt!

Fabric is beautiful and cannot wait to make the quilt. I sent a picture of the layout of how quilt will look to one of my sons, who likes dragons. He said that it's totally cool looking and that is it going to be his. I said would you like it to be yours and he said "I wish". So I told him "Your wish is granted!!!" I told him I have to get my sewing table cleaned off and I'm not sure when I would get it done. He was ok with that, because he knows that I'm making it for him.

I have a new friend and we've never met, but I don't feel like a stranger. I was made to feel every purchase was valued, my concerns were of the utmost importance, and this was to be a life long relationship. My purchase was handled promptly, shipped quickly, and arrived perfectly. I am so glad to be a customer.
