I didn't find it in the store down the street

I needed some 1/8 inch elastic for a sewing project. I didn't find it in the store down the street so I looked on line; they had what I wanted and it came within a week or so from my order. I'm very pleased. I'll probably shop there again when there is something I can't find close by.

Arrived far sooner than expected.

Love love love this store, their choices of fabrics, and the selection I was able to choose for a baby quilt I'll be making. Not only is the range of options wonderful, my purchase arrived just a few days after I ordered it, far sooner than expected.

Their cuts are accurate.

I've not found anything I dislike. They always have had items ordered in stock.I'm so impressed how fast they prepare order & ship it out.Has always been received in a timely matter.Their cuts are accurate which are important to a quilter.I'm very satisfied with their service .

Fabric is beautiful and cannot wait to make the quilt. I sent a picture of the layout of how quilt will look to one of my sons, who likes dragons. He said that it's totally cool looking and that is it going to be his. I said would you like it to be yours and he said "I wish". So I told him "Your wish is granted!!!" I told him I have to get my sewing table cleaned off and I'm not sure when I would get it done. He was ok with that, because he knows that I'm making it for him.

They have a huge selection of fabric and a very good web site for searching and comparing. Makes online shopping fun and easy.

Fantastic quick service. Extremely helpful especially with dummies like me , and this blessed thing called "internet". Beautiful fabrics always shipped quickly. The presentation of fabrics snuggly wrapped in logo tissue paper is the finishing touch! This is a company that takes pride in their products and cares about how their customers feel about their purchases. Can't overstate how much I love this dealer.

Super excited to get my pre-order!

Great product and great customer service. I ordered a item in stock and an item that was a pre-order. A day or so later while looking at the receipt, I noticed it said all items would be shipped together unless customer service was contacted to ship in stock items now. I contacted customer service and my item was shipped immediately and received in a couple of days! Super excited to get my pre-order! I have been waiting so long to make this quilt!
